Alch everything.

High Level Alchemy is 1,200 identical clicks an hour, every three seconds, for hours. It is the best example in the game of a task no person should be doing.
One spell,
three seconds apart.
Alching is a metronome. Miss the beat and the rate collapses; hold it for six hours and the level arrives. Only one of those is realistic by hand.
Plays the official client
Nothing injected, nothing hooked, no game memory read. It reads the screen and moves the mouse — there is no modified software to detect. Why that matters.
High Level Alchemy
1,200 casts an hour at 65 experience each — around 78,000 Magic XP an hour, held for as long as the runes last.
Superheat and utility
Superheat Item and other bank-standing spells for anyone training Magic and Smithing together.
Perfect cadence
The spell recasts every five ticks. A person drifts within twenty minutes; this does not drift at all.
Restocks itself
Pulls more alch items and nature runes when the inventory empties, then carries straight on.
Alch profitably
With the right item the alchemy value beats the buy price, so you can train Magic at a profit rather than a cost.
78,000 an hour,
one click at a time.
Alching is the backbone of Magic training and the numbers behind it are simple, fixed and entirely dependent on never missing a cast.
The nature rune is the real cost. Whether alching is profitable or merely cheap depends entirely on the item you feed it and the current nature rune price.
Alching pairs well with anything AFK — plenty of people run it on one account while a combat or skilling script runs on another.
